Recent investigations have assessed the suitability of pulsed vaporization methods for the coatings surfaces and corrosion formation on multiple metal materials. This evaluative study particularly analyzes picosecond pulsed vaporization with conventional pulse approaches regarding material removal efficiency, material roughness, and thermal damage.
